Phone calls (outside of session) (15 minutes) : $95

Calls with providers/family members ect (15 minutes) : $160

Peer case consultations (15 min) : $70

ESA Letters (must be patient for minimum 3 months): $190 and $15+ per revision

General Accommodation Letter (must be patient for minimum 3 months) : $220+ and $15+ per each time revision is needed/follow up

Disability/FMLA letter ect. (must be patient for minimum 3 months) : $350+ and $20+ per revision

Other documents/letters/records: $190+

Court Fees/ Appearance/Legal Consultations: $550 per hour from wake up time to coming back home including time to get ready, commute, parking time ect.
